3. Your Account

  • You must provide a valid email and be 18+ to register
  • Keep your password confidential
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Plans and Pricing

Free plan: 3 lifetime quotes, no credit card required.

Pro plan: $25/month, billed monthly via Paddle. Unlimited quotes and full features. Cancel any time — access continues until end of billing period.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Prices in USD. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use RafterPad for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape the service
  • Share account credentials
  • Use automated tools that exceed normal usage
  • Interfere with service security or integrity

7. Your Content

You own all content you submit. We only process it to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

8. AI-Generated Quotes

Quotes are AI-generated and a starting point only. Review all quotes before sending to customers. RafterPad does not guarantee accuracy for every job type.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

RafterPad is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Changes

We'll notify you of material changes by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
